Booking Conditions

PRICES

All prices quoted are inclusive of VAT and subject to alteration without prior notice.

AGENCY FEES

Davimar Tours will charge 10.00 €. for each booking, as agency fee (telephone, fax etc.).

CANCELATIONS

In case the booking isn't taken or cancelled, Davimar Tours will charge all expenses coming from hotels, transport companies, car hire, etc.

RESPONSIBILITY

Our agency is only a mediator between the service-providers and clients. Davimar Tours is not responsible for delays, baggage loss, accidents or theft of luggage.

KIND OF PAYMENTS

Once we have confirmed the availability, in order to consider the booking fix and valid, Davimar Tours needs the costumer to send his credit card's number and expiry date to make the following charges:

a.- the 25% of the amount by the fix confirmation of the services.

b.- rest of 75% will be charged from Davimar Tours to the same sended c.card the day the costumer arrives at the hotel.

Bank draft or other kind of payments are also accepted if they arrive in time.
