A large and gorgeous eight bedroomed Finca in a very private and secluded position. Now operating as a Country House Hotel, Torrent Fals was built in the fifteenth century and is one of the oldest “fincas” in Santa María. The house, which is surrounded by vineyards and which produced its own wine until a couple of years ago, has been renovated in the style of the typical inns in the Bourgogne region to create a unique hotel.

The house has 3 double rooms and 5 junior suites which have spectacular views either to the vineyards or to the Tramuntana mountain range. There is a fabulous swimming pool. This property can be rented as an entire house with full service.

This classic stone Finca has large spacious reception rooms with high ceilings and many original features giving it much character and a unique atmosphere. There is a large reception hall, spacious dining room opening out onto the garden, a huge and magnificent reception/living room which once was the wine store and kitchen. The dining room has an old traditional Mallorquin fireplace and in the living room there is also a bar and music system.

The living room is one of the main features of the house, with comfortable armchairs, reading lamps and tables strategically placed around the room. Enormous double wooden doors lead out to the garden. Decorated and furnished with style and elegance, the whole is delightful and full of charm.

From the road, there is a long drive leading through vineyards to a parking area. A walkway under bowers of vines and bougainvillea leads to the house and gardens. Under towering pines the graveled area in front of the house has tables and chairs and there is a delightful covered terrace with sofa and chairs.

About 50 metres from the house and set in gardens planted with pines is a spectacular swimming pool of about 14 x 6 metres with an infinity edge at both ends. There is an excellent pool terrace with loungers and sun umbrellas. Leading from the dining room is a pretty walled garden with tables and chairs which make a delightful area for al fresco dining.
